Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling

At J2V MD Wellness & Aesthetic Institute, we are committed to providing exceptional care while respecting the time of every patient. To help us accommodate all scheduled appointments, we ask that patients notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

2. Cancellation Notice

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that appointment time to another patient seeking care.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notification may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee, where permitted by applicable law. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.

4. Late Arrivals

Patients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other scheduled patients. If sufficient time is no longer available to complete the planned service safely, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. Deposits and Prepaid Services

Certain treatments, procedures, or promotional appointments may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. Deposit requirements and refund eligibility will be explained when scheduling the appointment. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with the terms provided at booking.

6. Medical or Emergency Circumstances

We understand that unexpected medical situations and emergencies can occur. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our office as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the practice.

7. Policy Changes

J2V MD Wellness & Aesthetic Institute reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.
